Our series of tasty talks continue this fall. Meet up with fellow faculty and staff, have a glass or two, and join in these discussions:
- October 18th @ 3:30pm – Ben Gorvine and David Smith will lead our conversation, sharing their thoughts and experiences with the Tophat student response system.
- November 15th @ 3:30pm – Is technology-integrated learning REALLY more effective? Michael Smutko and Sara Broaders have put it to the test and are eager to discuss their findings with you.
WCAS Staff Training Sessions
Have you ever been asked to record a lecture, videotape an event, or set up a video conference call? Will learning these skills be beneficial for your department? Cecile Sison will share her expertise and take your skills to the next level.

These classes will be offered to Weinberg staff only, and registration through eDevelopment will be required. Details and registration information will be sent out soon.
The MMLC continues to promote iPads in the classroom, and Fall Quarter brings some exciting new opportunities for Weinberg faculty (read more here). We will be leading a workshop on Saturday, October 12th
, to introduce and instruct you on our new iPad cart. We anticipate additional iPad workshop offerings as the quarter progresses.
