MMLC Spring Quarter Events

It's the final countdown until Kresge's renovation. In the meantime, the MMLC is gearing up for another wonderful quarter of events to send the building out in style. On the schedule we have two faculty workshops on Canvas, and the continuation of the popular World.Wine.Web series.

World.Wine.Web.

Movin' on Up! Media-project language classes move to mobile
For many years, Tom Simpson (Italian) and Denise Meuser (German) have led several successful classes in which students used desktop media applications to produce amazing videos and podcasts. This winter, they adapted their courses to use more smartphones and iPads and share their results.
Friday, April 4, 4:00-5:30pm, Kresge 1-375

World Wise Web? Students aren't as Web-savvy as many think
Eszter Hargittai from the School of Communication joins us for World.Wine.Web. to share more on what students of the millennial generation do and don't know.
Friday, May 2, 4:00-5:30pm, Kresge 1-375
